Job Description:

|
Direct daily operations, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities,
development standards and setting deadlines; assign and review the work of the IT team;
responsible for determining both technical and business goals in consultation with
top management, and make detailed plans for the accomplishment of these goals;
efficiency and profits, by evaluating the organization’s technology use and needs
and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades;
review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation;
control operational budget and expenses. Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
ability to maintain a high level of productivity. Must have experience in
Enterprise Content management, FileNET P8 design and implementation,
FileNet Image Manager 4.0, FileNet Remote Capture Services 1.0, Process Analyzer,
J2EE, JSP, Servlets, VB.net., ASP.Net, SQLServer 2000, Oracle 9i,
MSAnalysis Services 2000, Internet Information Server 5.0, IBM Websphere 5.1.2.

Manage the design and implementation of software and data
architectures. Oversee development and provide leadership in technology
decisions.The qualified candidate will be Proficient with FileNet P8
platform. Possess very developed planning and analytical skills in support of
requirements gathering, writing functional specs, SQL query, developing testing
plans, etc.Experience in BPM, pharmaceutical or managed health care industry a
plus.
PMP Certification is definite Plus.
